YMCA iSUP Paddlers
iSUP Yoga Class At The YMCA Of The Seacoast
Here is a program that I am teaching on Tuesday nights at the YMCA of the Seacoast located in Portsmouth, NH. iSUP Yoga stands for Inflatable Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga. For more information on this program please visit the YMCA of the Seacoast at 550 Peverly Hill Road Portsmouth, NH 03801. iSUP Yoga program is in the indoor pool location. Sign-ups are right at the front desk.
$10.00 for Members
$20.00 for Non-members
The class is from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
Paddleboards are limited: only 5 participants per session.

Yin Yoga is starting March 6th, 2023 at the YMCA of the Seacoast. For all members this class is for free.
Yin Yoga Schedule:
Mondays: 1:10 PM - 2:00 PM
Tuesdays: 1:10 PM - 2:00 PM
Thursdays: 12:15 PM - 1:05 PM
Saturdays: 11:05 AM - 12:00 PM

Hello everyone, I am happy to announce that I will be performing 5 free classes to the residents of Dover Housing Authority starting August 31, 2021 and ending on September 8, 2021.
Seated Grounding Energy Flow Class
This was my first class before I got my certification! I had seven participants some family and some true friends! I absolutely love the way this class fell through! Thank you all who attended my class in helping me achieve this!
